This deep golden yellow beer has explosive scents and aromas of ripe red apple, small red fruit, black currant, dried plums and pleasant notes of balsamic. This beer has matured for 20 months in wooden barrels. Typical notes of vanilla, cognac, nuts and caramel biscuits. There is also a light note of marsala. The taste is particularly refreshing due to the presence of soft acids that refresh the pallet again and again.
The sweetness present in the beer softens the tender acids and balances the whole nicely.
